Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all coaching, membership and camp bookings made with 10is Academy (“we” / “us”). By booking or subscribing, you (“you” / “your”) agree to these terms. Please read them before booking.
1. Coaching & Subscriptions
How coaching works
Coaching at 10is runs on a monthly subscription. Sessions take place weekly across 46 weeks of the year. We close during school holidays as follows:
- 6 weeks — summer holidays
- 2 weeks — Christmas
- 2 weeks — Easter
- 1 week — May half term
Your monthly subscription is calculated across these 46 coaching weeks and divided into equal monthly payments. You are never charged for weeks in which no coaching takes place.
Session locations
Coaching takes place at three sites:
- King’s Ely main site, Barton Road, Ely CB7 4DB — weekly coaching for most programmes
- Hayward Theatre courts, Church Lane, Ely — Saturday sessions
- Paradise Centre, Ely — Thursday 4pm Blue and Red stage junior sessions
Subscription rates
- Members: £32.10 per month (one-hour weekly sessions)
- Non-members: £38.50 per month (one-hour weekly sessions)
Holiday camp fees are separate and listed on our Camps page.
Holiday closures and credits
During Easter, May half term and summer half term closures, active subscribers receive session credits automatically. These credits can be applied to the cost of any 10is holiday camp. Christmas closure weeks are not billed. No monetary refund is issued for holiday closure weeks; credits are the standard form of compensation.
Weather and coach unavailability
We coach outdoors and aim to run sessions in all reasonable conditions. If a session must be cancelled due to unsafe weather or coach unavailability, subscribers receive session credits automatically. These credits can be used toward holiday camps or additional coaching sessions. No monetary refunds are issued for weather or coach cancellations.
For adult subscribers, during summer months (April to July), we additionally offer free places in higher-level group sessions to compensate for disruption.
Non-attendance
If you are unable to attend a booked session, you are not entitled to a refund or credit. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible so the space can be offered to another player.
