10is Race: US Open Tournament Concludes at 10is Academy Ely
The 10is Race: US Open at 10is Academy in Ely, a tennis tournament that began last Saturday, culminated in thrilling fashion today, with all players showcasing top-level performances across multiple categories. The event is the first in a series of four competitions that mirror the tennis Grand Slam calendar, with future tournaments aligning with the Australian Open, French Open, and Wimbledon.
A Growing Tradition
In its unique format, the 10is Race is not just another tournament—it's a competition with a purpose. Featuring 12 categories, from Under 8 to Men’s and Women’s Doubles, it aims to foster regular, competitive play among 10is Academy’s members. Each competition welcomes 8 players per category, maintaining a focused, high-quality tournament experience.
This latest edition featured spirited competition across all categories, as juniors looked to prove their skills and gain valuable experience, while seasoned players fought to retain their titles.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the following players emerged as champions in their respective categories:
- Women’s Singles: Mutsuko displayed incredible consistency and precision, securing the title.
- Women’s Doubles: Mutsuko teamed up with Sam to form a formidable duo, taking the doubles crown.

- Men’s Doubles: Seb and Mish, an experienced and dynamic pair, claimed the doubles title.
Although these players walked away with the title, other participants also left their mark. James Harvey and Isaac delivered memorable performances that kept spectators engaged. Mish ad to battle on all of his matches, winning his first two rounds on a championship tiebreak and losing the final on... a championship tiebreak (8-10). Overall every single players has demonstrated great improvements.
