Everything you need to know before you play.

Who can book a court?
Both members and non-members. Members play for free; non-members pay £10 per hour.

How do I book?
All bookings are made through our online system. Select your court, date, and time — then confirm.

How far in advance can I book?
Members can book up to 7 days ahead. Guests up to 3 days ahead.

What if it rains?
Outdoor bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if the court becomes unplayable due to weather.

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance through the ClubSpark system.

Can I bring a guest if I’m a member?
Yes. You can bring up to three guests to play with you at no extra charge.

Are rackets and balls provided?
Bring your own if possible, but we have Wilson rackets and balls available for rent by request.

Can juniors book courts?
Yes — junior members aged 13+ can book using their own login, with parent consent.

Is floodlighting included?
Yes. Lights are included in your booking time.

What time do courts close?
Floodlights turn off automatically at 10:00 pm. Please finish play by that time.

How do I report an issue?
Email admin@10is.co.uk — we’ll assist promptly.
