 Membership and Coaching Programmes

1. Membership Types:
   - SOCIAL Membership: Includes access to club facilities without lessons. Members must book lessons separately every half term. Payment for SOCIAL Membership can be made either in one full payment or in three monthly installments.
   - ACTIVE Membership: Includes lessons with automatic enrollment in sessions. Payment can be made either in one full payment or in 6 installments. Cancellation requires a one-month notice.
   - PRIME Membership: Includes lessons with automatic enrollment in sessions. Payment can be made either in one full payment or in 10 installments. Cancellation requires a one-month notice.

2. Coaching Program Duration: Coaching programmes run for 36 weeks per year, aligning with King's Ely term dates. Breaks occur during school holidays and as otherwise specified.

3. Tennis Lessons Payments
   - SOCIAL Membership: Lessons are not included and must be booked and paid for separately each half term. Payments can be made either in one full payment or in three monthly installments.
   - ACTIVE Membership: Payments cover 36 weeks of coaching, divided into one full payment or 6 installments. This includes membership benefits and extra sessions, depending on the membership type. The extra sessions are included to cover possible cancellations due to weather, sickness of the coaching team, or other unforeseen circumstances.
   - PRIME Membership: Payments cover 36 weeks of coaching, divided into one full payment or 10 installments. This includes membership benefits and extra sessions, depending on the membership type. The extra sessions are included to cover possible cancellations due to weather, sickness of the coaching team, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellation:
   - SOCIAL Membership: No specific notice period is required for booking or cancellation, as lessons are booked separately each half term.
   - ACTIVE and PRIME Memberships: A one-month notice period is required for the cancellation of group sessions.

5. Non-Members: If you are not a member, you can still join our coaching lessons. Non-club members will pay the full price for lessons.

6. Coaches: All coaches are LTA qualified with valid DBS and First Aid certificates.

7. Medical Conditions: Any medical conditions and current medications must be disclosed.

8. Emergency Contact: An emergency contact must be provided.

9. Weather Cancellation: ACTIVE and PRIME members receive extra sessions to compensate for any cancellations due to unsafe court conditions. Therefore, no monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, etc.) will be issued in these situations. SOCIAL members booked into lessons will receive credits to apply toward future group lessons, but no monetary refunds will be provided.

10. Code of Conduct: All players must adhere to the code of conduct and behave appropriately. We reserve the right to exclude a player from coaching if their behavior is considered dangerous, disruptive, or aggressive, hindering the coach's ability to run the session.

Bookings (Non-Members and SOCIAL Members)

Booking Conditions

1. All course bookings are subject to availability.
2. Bookings are non-refundable after purchase, unless a valid medical certificate is provided, declaring the participant unfit to attend.
3. It is your responsibility to ensure you are enrolled in the correct course and aware of the session timings.
4. Coaching courses do not run during school holidays, except for camps. The coach will inform you of the last session of the term; however, it is your responsibility to know the course duration.
5. You must notify us of any medical conditions for anyone participating in our courses.
6. A current email address and phone number are required to confirm bookings.
7. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your place is confirmed once payment is received, unless otherwise notified by a staff member. Payment can only be made online through our website.

We do not store credit card details nor share customer details with any third parties.

Payment Guarantees

Once registered for a course, we guarantee:
1. Your place for the duration of the half term.
2. Appropriate court space and equipment.

Cancellation Policy - Group Coaching

1. ACTIVE and PRIME members receive extra sessions to compensate for any cancellations due to unforeseen reasons. Therefore, no monetary refunds (cash, bank transfer, etc.) will be issued in these situations. SOCIAL members booked into lessons will receive credits to apply toward future group lessons, but no monetary refunds will be provided. 
2. We reserve the right to cancel any under-subscribed session. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. We will notify you as soon as possible if a coach cannot attend a session and no cover can be arranged.
4. If you cannot attend a session, you are not entitled to a refund.
5. Bookings are non-refundable after purchase. A credit note will be provided if a valid medical certificate is presented, declaring the participant unfit to attend.

Cancellation Policy - Private Coaching

1. No charge will be applied if more than 24 hours' notice is given for the cancellation of a private lesson.
2. A 50% charge of the lesson fee will apply if cancellation occurs with 12-24 hours' notice.
3. A 100% charge of the lesson fee will apply if cancellation occurs with less than 12 hours' notice.

General Policies

1. 10is Academy accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during our courses.
2. Appropriate tennis or sportswear must be worn to coaching sessions, including recognized non-marking tennis shoes.
3. You are responsible for arriving on time for each session and for promptly collecting younger players. Any changes in pick-up methods must be communicated to us.
4. Aggressive behavior (verbal or physical) towards staff, employees, or clients will not be tolerated.
5. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone not complying with our policies. No refund will be provided in such cases.
