James Harvey

Qualifications: LTA Level 2

Experience: James has been immersed in tennis from a young age, starting his journey at just 5 years old. After competing locally until age 10, he discovered a passion for coaching and began training as a coaching assistant under Seb’s mentorship. With over seven years of experience and firsthand learning, James has developed into one of our most knowledgeable and dedicated coaches, known for his ability to connect with players of all ages and skill levels. His enthusiasm for the sport and commitment to teaching make him an invaluable part of the 10is Academy team.

Playing Experience: James competed actively as a junior player and brings his on-court experience to his coaching. He continues to hone his skills by playing competitively on our Men’s 2 and Men’s 3 teams, adding depth to his understanding of the game and enriching his coaching approach.

Favourite Player: James’s favorite player is his Swiss compatriot, Roger Federer. Federer’s elegance on the court and relentless dedication inspire James, serving as a reminder of the power of passion, grace, and hard work in achieving excellence.
