Booking Lessons:

• Advance Arrangements: We kindly request that members schedule their lessons well in advance to ensure availability.
• Online Scheduling: Our user-friendly online system is available for your convenience to book lessons.
• Confirmation Process: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or through our online system, ensuring clarity and convenience.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• Notice Requirement: We respectfully ask that cancellations be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled lesson to be eligible for a refund.
• Policy for Late Cancellations: Please understand that cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling by Academy: In the event that 10is Academy needs to cancel a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, we will endeavor to reschedule. Should rescheduling not be feasible, we will issue a credit for future courses, as our commitment to your tennis journey remains steadfast.
